I Honestly love this place! The food is authentic! The dishes are BIG, hard to find this portion. The service is very friendly. I like how attentive it is. And the place has a nice big booths that can fit 6 or 4 depending how you like it. I would make it more festive. Love! I hope they let Mariachis roam or bring musicians. If they do, I need to go on that day. Try it! You won't regret!

We enjoyed our meal as always. Good Margaritas and José Dip. The entree portions are generous and William's Special is a favorite. Love the Pickled carrots! Ricardo was our wonderful server and hopefully we will get him next time we go. He was very attentive and had a great attitude and sense of humor. We had a fun meal and it was because he treated us so well. Highly recommend Molina's Cantina on Westheimer.

Molina's - you CAN go home again!!! It's been a few years since I've been, but everything was great. Had my usual...William's Special. Heard from George who's been there 41 years about the history of the sauce. So interesting. And then our server Lis!!! Kind, patient, knowledgeable. Perfect. Yes....Molina's isn't some uppity fancy place, but that's why I love it. Basic, very good food served by people who give a damn about true customer service. Very unusual these days.

Flew into Houston for a graduation and we looked for something to eat we can only eat in Houston, and we found Molina's!! Service was great from the moment we walked in the door. Learned a lot about the restaurant while I waited. Can't speak to ambiance but it seemed like a family Tex-Mex restaurant with pictures and decorations. The flavor of the food was outstanding I just wish there was more of it!!

Always great to come here. Though the Meyerland one is closer to me. Chips and salsa were always filled when needed. I ordered the Berly's Burrito - flour tortilla filled with beef or chicken fajita meat, covered with chili con carne, topped with melted cheese with double rice and it came out hot and delicious. Service was great. Will be back for a baby shower in September! They have a private room.

Molina's had the BEST customer service i've ever had in Houston. they were kind, attentive, respectful, and friendly. the manager told us a nice story about himself and a little bit of history on the place! the environment was very inviting and well lit! the food was above average, no complaints but nothing to rave about. having two different salsas to choose from was a pleasant surprise!
